The application revolves around the patient and draws in trusted medical information and support content from patient.co.uk with a large selection of patient friendly health articles from within the device. In order to complete the download of the MLP app, please contact your local pharmacy to check they are subscribed to provide the service where a unique code will be issued in order to complete registration of the My Local Pharmacy app.In the new version of the application a completely new design has been introduced.

Had my phone wiped. now I can't log in to my account. It won't send the email. How do I sign back in to my account
Phone number wrong. No WY to correct no way to update details. No way to use. Help support came back as "does not exist"
Used this app to order a repeat prescription. The screen said it would take 24 hours for it to be approved by the pharmacist. 4 days later, app was still showing the same message. I went to the pharmacy and was told no order had been placed. 8 weeks have passed and I need to reorder the prescription, but the original same message is still showing. Rubbish app, with dangerous consequences for the elderly who aren't so tech savvy.
Great easy to use app ..very convenient
I'm not happy as I've just ordered all my tablets only for them to be declined this is the third time its happened and everytime it does I have to reorder my tablets. This app is so frustrating 😤 😡
